Supplements

There are many supplements covered in this section. When it comes to penis enlargement there simply are no magic pills. No supplement on its own is going to grow the tissues of the penis. What these supplements can do is aid greatly in blood flow to the penis, enhance libido, balance hormones, optimize blood pressure, amongst other things, and this can definitely enhance your efforts with penis enlargement.

Some supplements work better for one individual vs another. Certain supplements work synergistically. It is best to experiment and build a custom stack of supplements that is optimized for you. If you would like personal guidance feel free to contact me. I have intensely studied this topic and experimented with these substances for over 2 decades.

This section is under construction, please be patient as I fill out this section with more information.

Viagra, the most popular PED5 inhibitor available, is generally considered the number one (with Cialis as a close second) substance when it comes to improving erections and blood flow to the penis.

    • Onset: Works within 30-60 minutes.
    • Duration: Lasts about 4-6 hours.
    • Disadvantages: Side effects tend to be stronger then Cialis (stuffy nose, flushing, dizzyness, headache). Effectiveness can be reduced if taken with a high-fat meal.

Viagra, also known by its generic name sildenafil, is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It works by increasing blood flow to the penis, helping to achieve and maintain an erection, and also gives a nice engorged flaccid hang which is beneficial. Here’s how Viagra achieves this:

Inhibition of PDE5:
– Viagra inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). PDE5 is responsible for breaking down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a molecule that promotes relaxation of smooth muscle tissues.

Increased cGMP Levels:
– By inhibiting PDE5, Viagra prevents the breakdown of cGMP. As a result, the levels of cGMP increase within the smooth muscle cells of the penis.

Smooth Muscle Relaxation:
– Elevated cGMP levels lead to relaxation of the smooth muscle cells in the blood vessel walls of the corpus cavernosum (the erectile tissue of the penis). This relaxation allows the blood vessels to dilate (widen).

Dosage and Administration:

Viagra is usually taken as needed, about one hour before activity. Consult a medical professional for how much you should take, pills come in sized from 25mg to 100mg.

I have never taken more then 25mg at one time, for me personally that is a strong enough dose to experience all of the benefits Viagra offers, you will need to figure out what dosage best works for you. The effects are strong and it certainly gets the job done better or as good as anything else, but I personally prefer Cialis for the reason that it remains effective for 36 hours.

Potential Side Effects:

Common side effects of Viagra may include headaches, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness, and visual disturbances. Severe side effects are rare but can include priapism (a prolonged and painful erection), sudden hearing loss, or vision loss. It is important to seek medical attention if any severe side effects occur.

Contraindications:

Viagra should not be taken with nitrates (commonly prescribed for chest pain) or nitric oxide donors, as the combination can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Certain Medical Conditions: People with certain health conditions, such as severe heart or liver problems, recent stroke or heart attack, or low blood pressure, should not take Viagra without consulting a doctor.

Cialis (Tadalafil):

  • Onset: Takes about 30 minutes to 2 hours to take effect.
  • Duration: Lasts up to 36 hours, allowing for more spontaneity.
  • Advantages: Can be taken as a daily low dose for continuous readiness

What is Cialis?

Cialis, scientifically known as tadalafil, is a prescription medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It belongs to the class of drugs called PDE5 inhibitors, which work by relaxing the blood vessels and increasing blood flow to particular areas of the body, including the penis.

How Cialis Works

Cialis enhances erectile function by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). This inhibition prevents the breakdown of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a molecule that promotes the relaxation of smooth muscle and vasodilation in the corpus cavernosum. This process facilitates increased blood flow to the penis, helping to achieve and maintain an erection in response to sexual stimulation. Cialis is unique for its long duration of action, lasting up to 36 hours, allowing for greater spontaneity.

Additional Benefits

In addition to treating erectile dysfunction, Cialis is approved for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It helps relieve symptoms of BPH, such as difficulty in starting the flow of urine, weak stream, and the need to urinate frequently or urgently. The extended half-life of tadalafil makes it effective for daily dosing, providing continuous therapeutic effects. Cialis is also touted as beneficial for improving athletic performance.

Risks and Side Effects

While Cialis is generally well-tolerated, it can cause side effects. Common side effects include headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or runny nose. These side effects typically subside after a few hours. More serious risks include sudden vision loss, hearing loss, and priapism (a prolonged and painful erection). Cialis can also interact with other medications, such as nitrates, leading to potentially dangerous drops in blood pressure. Therefore, it is crucial to use Cialis under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

Always consult with a healthcare provider to ensure Cialis is safe and appropriate for your individual health needs.

I personally take 5mg of Cialis every other day, with little to no negative side effects. It’s great for keeping a nice, heavy engorged flaccid throughout the day, and when it comes time to do a PE workout or engage in sexy times, it provides great erection quality. Cialis is my 1st choice when it comes to all beneficial substances.

Levitra, like other PED5 inhibitors (Cialis and Viagra) improves erections by enhancing blood flow to the penis through the inhibition of PDE5, leading to increased levels of cGMP and prolonged smooth muscle relaxation. It is the least popular of the big 3. While its primary use is to treat ED, the improved blood flow and erection quality it provides could indirectly support penile health and complement enlargement exercises. Consult a medical professional before use.

    • Onset: Typically works within 25-60 minutes.
    • Duration: Lasts about 4-5 hours.
    • Advantages: Less affected by food intake compared to Viagra.

– Levitra should not be taken with nitrates (medications often prescribed for chest pain) as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

What is L-Citrulline?

L-Citrulline is a naturally occurring amino acid found in foods like watermelon and produced in the body. It is often used as a dietary supplement to enhance athletic performance, improve cardiovascular health, and support sexual function.

Benefits and Mechanisms

L-Citrulline works by increasing the production of nitric oxide, a molecule that helps relax blood vessels and improve blood flow. This mechanism can enhance erectile function by improving blood flow to the penis, similar to how prescription medications for erectile dysfunction work. Additionally, L-Citrulline can boost athletic performance by reducing muscle fatigue and improving oxygen delivery to muscles .

Additional Health Effects

Beyond its benefits for sexual health, L-Citrulline supports cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure and improving arterial function. It also aids in muscle recovery and endurance, making it a popular supplement among athletes. The amino acid helps the body eliminate ammonia, a byproduct of protein metabolism, which can reduce muscle soreness and enhance overall physical performance .

Risks and Considerations

L-Citrulline is generally considered safe and well-tolerated. However, high doses may cause minor side effects such as gastrointestinal discomfort, including bloating, gas, and diarrhea. Those with existing cardiovascular disease or disorder should consult a professional before use.  It is risky and not advised to mix L-citrulline with PED5 inhibitors Viagra and Cialis as this could cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Pure L-citrulline is generally considered superior to commonly found Citrulline Malate 2:1 supplements, this is because the L-citrulline content is what we are really after for enhanced blood flow to the penis, Malic Acid in Citrulline Malate is more important for physical performance, boosted energy and its anti-fatigue effects. That being said, Citrulline Malate supplements will work just as good, you’ll just have to take more for an equal effect.

My personal protocol for L-Citrulline is 6-8 grams taken 1 hour before a workout, and I only take it on workout days. For Citrulline Malate 2:1 I increase the amount to 8-12 grams. How much you should take depends on your body weight and how well you tolerate and respond to it. Start with the recommendation on the label. It generally absorbs fast, effects peak after 1 hour, last roughly 3 hours, and taper off over the next 1-2 hours. It is generally out of your system within 6 hours.

A word on Arginine: Citrulline, the endogenous precursor for the synthesis of arginine, has been accepted as a superior alternative to arginine supplementation.

Tongkat Ali, also known as Eurycoma Longifolia is an herbal supplement/plant that grows in South East Asia and has been used to treat male infertility and low libido for centuries. It primarily helps with boosting testosterone and increasing libido, therefore improving erections and penile health. It will not grow the tissues of your penis on its own, but it can certainly aid in PE.

Tongkat Ali boosts testosterone levels and improves male hormone balance through the following mechanisms:

1. Increases LH Production: Stimulates the release of luteinizing hormone (LH), which signals the testes to produce more testosterone.
2. Reduces SHBG: Decreases levels of sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), increasing free testosterone availability.
3. Inhibits Aromatase: Prevents the conversion of testosterone to estrogen by inhibiting the aromatase enzyme.
4. Reduces Cortisol: Lowers cortisol levels, which can otherwise suppress testosterone production.

Primary Compounds and Peptides Found in Tongkat Ali

1. Eurycomanone:
– Type: Quassinoid
– Functions: Known for its testosterone-boosting, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer properties. It is one of the most studied and potent compounds in Tongkat Ali, believed to give it the strong anti estrogen properties.

2. Eurycomanol:
– Type: Quassinoid
– Functions: Exhibits similar properties to eurycomanone, including potential benefits in increasing testosterone and enhancing libido.

3. Eurycomalactone:
– Type: Quassinoid
– Functions: Has been studied for its potential to improve sexual health and testosterone levels.

4. Eurycolactone:
– Type: Quassinoid
– Functions: Contributes to the adaptogenic properties of the plant, helping the body manage stress and support hormonal balance.

5. β-Carboline Alkaloids:
– Examples: Harmane, norharman
– Functions: These alkaloids have neuroactive properties and may contribute to the anxiolytic (anxiety-reducing) effects of Tongkat Ali.

6. Peptides:
– Eury-Peptides / Eurypeptide: A specific group of small peptides found in Tongkat Ali that are believed to contribute to its aphrodisiac, libido enhancing and anti-stress effects.

7. Glycosaponins:
– Type: Saponins
– Functions: Known for their role in enhancing immune function, reducing inflammation, and potentially improving testosterone levels.

8. Polysaccharides:
– Functions: These complex carbohydrates have immune-modulating and antioxidant properties, contributing to overall health benefits.

9. Flavonoids:
– Examples: Quercetin, kaempferol
– Functions: These compounds have antioxidant properties, helping to reduce oxidative stress and support overall health.

Tongkat Ali comes in different strength extracts:

-a quick note on extracts, a 100:1 extract means that one gram of extract is equal to roughly 100 grams of raw material.

– 100:1 extract (LJ100, also called Longjack 100, being the most popular and trusted), 20:1 and 200:1 extract are all on the market.

-Also available is Tongkat Ali in the simplest form: the pure root ground up and sold as either a powder or in capsules. This is surely broad spectrum with all of the compounds fully intact and in the ratios that nature intended. Many regard this to be the best and it is my personal favorite and what I take.

Additional notes:

-It is best to take Tongkat Ali on a full stomach, or with some food, for optimal absorption.

-It isn’t a bad idea to cycle Tongkat Ali as the body could build up a tolerance to it and it could begin to loose effectiveness. A cycle such as 5 days on 2 days off, or 2 weeks on 1 week off, would be fine.

-It could be most beneficial to take Tongkat Ali in the evening as that is when estrogen typically peaks, taking it in the evening would help to balance out male hormones and lower this estrogen spike. Another reason to take it in the evening is that its ability to lower cortisol can theoretically lead to better sleep quality.

-Whatever you buy, start with the dosage recommended on the bottle and work from there, it always helps to do bloodwork before and after and adjust if necessary. I personally take 800mg of the pure ground root by Solaray, and observe all of the noteworthy benefits.

Fadogia agrestis is a shrub native to Africa, traditionally used for its aphrodisiac and testosterone-boosting properties. The active compounds in Fadogia agrestis are believed to stimulate the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, leading to increased production of luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone.

Benefits and Mechanisms

Fadogia agrestis primarily works by increasing the levels of LH, which in turn stimulates the testes to produce more testosterone. This can enhance libido, improve sexual performance, and potentially increase muscle mass and strength. Animal studies have shown significant increases in testosterone levels and improved sexual behavior following supplementation with Fadogia agrestis .

Additional Health Effects

In addition to its effects on sexual health, Fadogia agrestis may have adaptogenic properties that help reduce stress and improve physical performance. It has been traditionally used to alleviate fatigue and improve overall vitality. However, most of the evidence for these benefits comes from animal studies, and more research is needed to confirm these effects in humans .

Risks and Considerations

While Fadogia agrestis shows promise for enhancing testosterone and libido, it carries potential risks, particularly regarding liver toxicity. Some animal studies have indicated that high doses or long-term use of Fadogia agrestis can lead to liver damage. Symptoms of liver toxicity can include elevated liver enzymes and histopathological changes in liver tissue. Therefore, it is crucial to use this supplement with caution and under the guidance of a healthcare professional to mitigate potential risks .

My personal protocol for taking Fadogia is 600mg once per day with food, and I cycle it 3 days on 3 days off. You should start with the suggested dose on the bottle of whatever supplement you buy.

Cistanche was found in one study to block the androgen receptor, essentially signaling to the brain to create more testosterone – study

Additional Health Effects

Beyond sexual health, Cistanche offers a range of benefits including improved immune function, anti-aging effects, and enhanced cognitive performance. 1 study showed Cistanche was capable of slowing the progression of Alzheimer’s and cognitive decline. Its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties help reduce fatigue and promote overall well-being. Research indicates that Cistanche may support muscle strength and endurance, making it valuable for athletes and individuals looking to improve their physical performance . It also shows promise in fighting depression, stress and anxiety.

Common adverse clinical reactions of preparations of Cistanches are mild and include nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, and dizziness.

My personal protocol for Cistanche is 500mg daily, split into 2 doses – AM and PM, with a meal. I cycle Cistanche 3 weeks on, 1 week off.

What is Ginseng?

Ginseng is a medicinal root commonly used in traditional medicine, particularly in Asian countries. The two main types are Asian ginseng (*Panax ginseng*) and American ginseng (*Panax quinquefolius*). Ginseng is known for its adaptogenic properties, helping the body resist stress and improve overall health. Red Korean Ginseng is considered the most potent type.

How Ginseng Works

Ginseng contains active compounds called ginsenosides, which are believed to be responsible for its health benefits. Ginseng is known to improve sexual function. Studies have shown that ginseng can enhance libido and sexual performance by increasing nitric oxide production, which improves blood flow to the penis and aids in achieving and maintaining erections. Ginseng also supports testosterone production, further contributing to enhanced sexual health and vitality. Ginseng can enhance physical and mental performance by reducing fatigue, improving cognitive function, and boosting the immune system. Ginsenosides also exhibit antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, promoting overall well-being and longevity.

Risks and Side Effects

While ginseng is generally considered safe, it can cause side effects in some individuals. Common side effects include headaches, digestive issues, insomnia, and changes in blood pressure. High doses or prolonged use can lead to more serious complications, such as nervousness, restlessness, and hormonal imbalances. Ginseng can interact with medications, including blood thinners, diabetes drugs, and antidepressants, potentially causing adverse effects. It is important to consult with a healthcare provider before using ginseng, especially for those with underlying health conditions or those taking other medications.

What is Horny Goat Weed?

Horny Goat Weed, scientifically known as *Epimedium*, is a traditional Chinese herb used for centuries as a natural aphrodisiac and treatment for various ailments. The active compound in Horny Goat Weed is icariin, which is believed to be responsible for its medicinal properties.

Benefits and Mechanisms

Horny Goat Weed primarily works by increasing nitric oxide levels in the body, which promotes vasodilation and improves blood flow. This mechanism helps in enhancing erectile function, making it beneficial for men with erectile dysfunction. Studies have shown that icariin can inhibit the enzyme PDE5, similarly to how prescription medications like Viagra work, thereby supporting stronger and longer-lasting erections .

Additional Health Effects

Besides its effects on sexual health, Horny Goat Weed may also boost libido and reduce fatigue. It has been used to alleviate symptoms of menopause, osteoporosis, and joint pain due to its anti-inflammatory and bone-strengthening properties. While further research is needed, some studies suggest that Horny Goat Weed can improve overall vitality and stamina, contributing to better physical performance and well-being .

Studies indicate that it can improve cognitive function, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, aid in quality sleep and boost physical performance. Additionally, Ashwagandha supports immune function and has anti-inflammatory properties, contributing to better health and resilience against diseases.

Benefits to Male Sexual Health

Ashwagandha has been scientifically proven to enhance male sexual health. Research shows that it can increase testosterone levels, improve sperm quality, and boost libido. By reducing stress and cortisol levels, Ashwagandha indirectly supports hormonal balance, which is crucial for maintaining healthy testosterone levels and sexual function. Its ability to enhance nitric oxide production also aids in improving blood flow, potentially leading to better erections and penile health.

Risks and Considerations

While Ashwagandha is generally considered safe, it can cause side effects in some individuals. These may include stomach upset, diarrhea, and vomiting. High doses can lead to more severe side effects such as liver issues and thyroid dysfunction. Ashwagandha may also interact with medications, including sedatives, thyroid supplements, and immunosuppressants. Therefore, it is important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting Ashwagandha, especially for those with underlying health conditions or those taking other medications.

My personal protocol for ashwagandha – I take an extract made by Swanson (any quality brand will work fine) that comes in 450mg pills supplying 11.25mg of withanolides per pill. The suggested use on the label is 1-3 pills daily, I take 1 or 2 depending on how I feel and if I feel like I need a little more. If I take 2 pills a day they are split up, one at lunch and one at night a couple hours before bed. Always taken with food containing some fats for proper absorption. I do not take ashwagandha every day, I take it 3 to 5 days per week on the days where i feel I need it most. After 30 days of use I will take 1 to 2 weeks off.

Zinc is an essential mineral vital for numerous biological functions, including immune response, DNA synthesis, and cellular metabolism. It is naturally present in various foods like meat, shellfish, dairy products, and legumes, and is also available as a dietary supplement.

Benefits to Male Sexual Health

Zinc is particularly important for male sexual health and hormonal balance. It is essential for testosterone production, and adequate levels of zinc can help maintain optimal testosterone levels, which are crucial for libido and sexual function. Zinc also supports sperm production and quality, improving fertility. By promoting healthy hormone levels and reducing inflammation, zinc can enhance erectile function and overall penile health.

When I first began supplementing with Zinc (it was actually the first supplement I ever took specifically for libido and sexual enhancement) in my late 20s, I was shocked by the effects. It was like taking a PED5 inhibitor such as Viagra. It gave me frequent rock hard erections out of the blue. It was actually a bit of a nuisance, I was getting long lasting erections all the time randomly, and staying thick and engorged while flaccid almost all throughout the day, which can be a bit awkward in public. I was super horny, had almost no refractory period, and was shooting massive loads with my girlfriend. Clearly it improved some sort of imbalance or rapidly increased my free testosterone. I started supplementing with what is considered the most potent version, Zinc Picolinate, and I was taking 30mg per day, I was also taking a copper supplement to help avoid an imbalance, and later switched to a supplement called Optizinc which combines the two.

Risks and Considerations

While zinc is generally safe when consumed within recommended dietary allowances, excessive intake can lead to adverse effects. High doses of zinc can cause nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and headaches. Chronic overconsumption can result in more serious issues such as immune dysfunction, lower levels of HDL cholesterol (the “good” cholesterol), and potential interference with copper absorption, leading to copper deficiency. It’s important to adhere to recommended dosages and consult with a healthcare provider before starting zinc supplements, particularly for individuals with pre-existing health conditions or those taking other medications.

-What is N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine?

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) is a modified form of the amino acid cysteine. It is used as a supplement to boost antioxidant levels in the body and has been widely studied for its various health benefits. NAC is a precursor to glutathione, one of the body’s most important antioxidants. NAC’s antioxidant properties can improve blood flow and reduce oxidative stress.

There are a few studies that show evidence that NAC could benefit men doing penis enlargement.

-Study shows the ability of NAC to reduce penile fibrosis in rats with a penile injury.

-Study shows erectile disfunction is decreased in rats with cavernous nerve injury, when they are treated with NAC, through preservation of the nitric oxide pathway.

What is important here is that when you are doing penis enlargement exercises, you are increasing fibrosis in the penis through microtears and cell damage. Even aging is associated with increased fibrosis in the penis. NAC helps to reduce or prevent this fibrosis, in turn warding off erectile disfunction and improving and maintaining optimal health of the tissues in the penis. NAC shows the potential to enhance recovery and reduce the risk of injury from PE exercises. There is actually speculation that it could enhance and speed up gains by decreasing fibrosis in the tunica (in theory, a tunica that is elastic and flexible due to the prevention of fibrosis, should more easily be able to increase in size).

-The typical dosage is between 600mg and 1800mg daily. For optimal absorption it is best taken right before a meal or with food.

-Risks and Considerations

NAC is generally considered safe for most people when taken at recommended doses. However, some individuals may experience side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. Rare but serious side effects include allergic reactions and bronchospasm. Long-term or excessive use of NAC may also lead to the depletion of certain minerals, such as zinc and copper, due to its chelating properties. Therefore, it is important to use NAC under the guidance of a healthcare provider, particularly for those with existing health conditions or those on other medications.

What is Beet Root Extract?

Beet root extract is derived from the root of the beet plant (*Beta vulgaris*). Rich in essential nutrients and bioactive compounds, it is commonly used as a dietary supplement to enhance overall health and athletic performance. The primary active components in beet root extract are nitrates, betalains, and various vitamins and minerals.

General Benefits

Beet root extract is known for its ability to improve cardiovascular health. The nitrates in beet root are converted into nitric oxide (NO) in the body, which helps dilate blood vessels, reduce blood pressure, and improve blood flow. Additionally, beet root extract has potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties due to the presence of betalains, which can help combat oxidative stress and reduce inflammation.

Benefits to Penile Health and Erections

Beet root extract is particularly beneficial for penile health and erectile function. The increased production of nitric oxide from dietary nitrates enhances blood flow to the penis, which is crucial for achieving and maintaining erections. Improved blood circulation can lead to better erectile function and overall penile health. Studies have shown that nitric oxide plays a key role in relaxing the smooth muscles in the penis, facilitating stronger and longer-lasting erections.

Risks and Considerations

While beet root extract is generally considered safe for most people, there are some potential side effects and considerations. High intake of beet root extract can cause beeturia, a harmless condition where urine and stools turn red or pink. Some individuals may experience gastrointestinal discomfort, including bloating, gas, and diarrhea. Beet root is high in oxalates, which can contribute to kidney stone formation in susceptible individuals. Therefore, it is advisable to consult a healthcare provider before starting supplementation, especially for those with kidney conditions or other health concerns

MK-677, also known as Ibutamoren, is a non-peptide growth hormone secretagogue. It is designed to stimulate the pituitary gland to release growth hormone (GH) and increase insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) levels in the body. Unlike direct GH administration, MK-677 mimics the action of ghrelin, a hormone that promotes GH secretion, making it an oral option for enhancing GH levels.

General Benefits

MK-677 is primarily used for its potential to increase muscle mass, improve bone density, and accelerate recovery from injuries. By boosting GH and IGF-1 levels, it can enhance protein synthesis, reduce fat mass, and promote lean body mass. Additionally, it may improve sleep quality, cognitive function, and overall well-being due to its regulatory effects on GH and metabolic processes.

Benefits to Penile Health and Tissue Growth

The increase in GH and IGF-1 levels from MK-677 can theoretically support tissue growth and repair throughout the body, including penile tissues. Enhanced GH levels can improve blood flow, which is beneficial for erectile function and overall penile health. The potential for improved collagen synthesis and cellular regeneration may contribute to the health and maintenance of penile tissues. However, specific research on MK-677’s direct effects on penis enlargement is limited, and most evidence is extrapolated from its general tissue growth and repair benefits.

Risks and Considerations

While MK-677 shows promise in various areas, it is not without risks. Common side effects include increased appetite, water retention, and transient increases in blood sugar and insulin levels. Some users may experience lethargy, joint pain, or numbness in the hands. Long-term use and high doses may carry more serious risks, such as potential insulin resistance and increased cancer risk due to elevated IGF-1 levels. Given its experimental status, MK-677 should be used cautiously, ideally under medical supervision, especially considering its off-label use and potential side effects.

Human Growth Hormone (HGH), also known as somatotropin, is a peptide hormone produced by the pituitary gland. It plays a critical role in growth, body composition, cell repair, and metabolism. HGH levels peak during adolescence and gradually decline with age.

General Benefits

HGH stimulates growth in children and adolescents and helps maintain tissues and organs throughout life. It promotes protein synthesis, increases muscle mass, reduces fat stores, and supports the growth and repair of cells. HGH also enhances metabolism, improving energy levels and overall vitality. It is crucial for maintaining healthy body composition, bone density, and cardiovascular health.

Benefits to Penile Health and Tissue Growth

HGH can positively impact penile health and tissue growth through its regenerative properties. It promotes the proliferation of cells and enhances blood flow, which can improve erectile function. Increased HGH levels support the production of collagen and elastin, essential for tissue elasticity and repair. These effects can contribute to the maintenance and potential growth of penile tissues. However, direct evidence linking HGH to significant penis enlargement is limited, and benefits are generally associated with overall tissue health and function.

Risks and Considerations

Despite its benefits, HGH therapy carries significant risks, particularly when used inappropriately. Common side effects include joint pain, muscle aches, fluid retention, and carpal tunnel syndrome. More serious risks involve the potential for insulin resistance, increased risk of diabetes, and accelerated growth of existing cancers. Long-term use of HGH can lead to acromegaly, a condition characterized by abnormal growth of the hands, feet, and facial features due to excessive hormone levels. Therefore, HGH should be used under strict medical supervision, particularly for off-label uses like anti-aging or performance enhancement.

Niacinamide, also known as nicotinamide, is a form of vitamin B3 (niacin). It is an essential nutrient that plays a crucial role in cellular metabolism and energy production. Niacinamide is found in various foods, such as meat, fish, nuts, and green vegetables, and is also available as a dietary supplement and a topical treatment.

General Benefits

Niacinamide is renowned for its broad range of health benefits. It enhances skin health by improving the skin barrier, reducing inflammation, and treating acne and hyperpigmentation. It also supports the immune system, enhances cellular repair, and helps in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. Niacinamide is frequently used in dermatology for its anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties.

Benefits to Penile Health

Niacinamide’s role in improving blood flow and reducing inflammation can indirectly benefit penile health. Enhanced blood circulation is crucial for erectile function, as it ensures sufficient blood supply to achieve and maintain erections. Niacinamide also supports cellular repair and regeneration, which can contribute to overall tissue health, including penile tissues. While niacinamide itself does not directly cause penis enlargement, its benefits in promoting healthy blood flow and reducing oxidative stress can support penile function and health.

Risks and Considerations

Niacinamide is generally well-tolerated when taken in recommended doses. However, excessive intake can lead to side effects such as nausea, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. High doses of niacinamide may also cause liver damage over time. It is important to use niacinamide supplements and products according to guidelines and consult with a healthcare provider, especially for individuals with pre-existing health conditions or those taking other medications.

Fenugreek is an herb commonly used in traditional medicine and culinary practices. It contains various bioactive compounds, including steroidal saponins, alkaloids, and flavonoids, that contribute to its therapeutic properties. Fenugreek is known for its potential to improve several aspects of health, including blood sugar control, cholesterol levels, and testosterone production.

Mechanism of Action

One of the primary mechanisms through which fenugreek exerts its effects is by stimulating the production of testosterone. Testosterone is a key hormone involved in regulating libido, muscle mass, and overall sexual function. Fenugreek contains compounds that may enhance testosterone synthesis or inhibit its conversion into other hormones, leading to increased testosterone levels in the body.

Benefits to Penile Health and Erections

Fenugreek’s ability to boost testosterone levels may have implications for penile health and erectile function. Testosterone plays a crucial role in maintaining libido, erectile function, and overall sexual satisfaction. By enhancing testosterone production, fenugreek may support healthy erectile function and improve sexual performance. Additionally, fenugreek’s antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties may help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation in penile tissues, further supporting erectile health.

Risks and Considerations

Anti-lysyl oxidase is a pharmacological agent designed to inhibit the activity of lysyl oxidase, an enzyme involved in the crosslinking of collagen and elastin fibers in tissues. Lysyl oxidase plays a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity of various tissues by promoting the formation of strong, stable crosslinks between collagen and elastin molecules. However, excessive lysyl oxidase activity can lead to tissue stiffness and reduced elasticity, which may impede tissue growth and repair processes.

A study was conducted to explore the effects of an anti-lysyl oxidase treatment on penile growth in rats. The study found that the substance alone increased the size of their penis by 10%, and with pumping added to the equation the rats penises grew by almost 20%.

Mechanism of Action

Anti-lysyl oxidase works by blocking the enzymatic activity of lysyl oxidase, preventing it from catalyzing the crosslinking of collagen and elastin fibers. By inhibiting lysyl oxidase, this pharmacological agent disrupts the normal process of tissue crosslinking, making tissues more pliable and responsive to mechanical stretching and growth stimuli. This can potentially enhance tissue growth, repair, and remodeling processes, leading to improvements in tissue elasticity and function.

Potential Benefits to Penile Health and Tissue Growth

In the context of penile health, anti-lysyl oxidase may offer several potential benefits. By inhibiting lysyl oxidase activity, it could promote the remodeling and expansion of penile tissues, leading to increased tissue flexibility and elasticity. This could be particularly beneficial for conditions such as Peyronie’s disease, where penile curvature and fibrosis result from abnormal tissue remodeling processes. Additionally, by enhancing tissue growth and repair, anti-lysyl oxidase may support penile enlargement techniques such as mechanical stretching or vacuum devices.

Risks and Considerations

While anti-lysyl oxidase holds promise for tissue remodeling and growth, there are potential risks and considerations associated with its use. Excessive inhibition of lysyl oxidase activity could disrupt normal tissue homeostasis and lead to unwanted side effects such as tissue laxity or instability. Additionally, the long-term effects of anti-lysyl oxidase treatment on tissue health and function are not fully understood, and further research is needed to elucidate its safety profile and optimal dosing regimens. As with any pharmacological intervention, careful monitoring and medical supervision are essential to minimize risks and maximize potential benefits.

At this time not enough is known about Anti-Lysyl Oxidase, but in the future possible treatments could arise. It does not appear that a supplement is on the market and obviously it is not recommended that you experiment with this.
